My weight loss journey started when my friend asked me to be her bridesmaid on her wedding which is held on last July 2016. It all started when I noticed how fat I am from the photos which was taken during the wedding together with other bridesmaid.
Since that day, I have been searching around the internet looking for solution to my weight problem. I keep reminding myself that I need to do something to lose some weight. I've tried numerous weight loss products to cut my weight, just to name a few; weight loss creams, pills, accupunture, trying out few weight loss program, but none of it gave me a satisfied outcome..
With no sign of giving up, I keep on looking for ways to shed weight. Many people have successful losing their weight and I keep telling myself that I will be the next. Fortunately, I met with an old friend that recommend me an effective weight loss program.
I have been losing 19 pounds in the first 15 days of following the weight loss program. Today, I am a happier and healthier person.. Thanks to those who have always been encouraging and giving me support during that time.
