The ups, the downs, what stuff didn't work and finally the one thing that actually help me to achieve my weight loss goal. I believe that each one of you would definitely comes across weight loss ads online, promoting weight loss product that gave a guaranteed quick results. With those nice ads, and good marketing strategy from those companies, we will feel so tempted to give it a try.. BUT wait... !

I know for a fact because I have bought many of the products advertised online and from the good marketing I thought the desire found in the head of every man and woman wishing for a better body shape to come true.

They do have some real good weight loss products on the market that do work. Yet what I learned was you really have to separate the good from the bad and not be enticed by the hype for weight loss products that don't work.

You really have to do some research to see which one is good and get to know the bad products which was design to dig your wallet.. To be honest, it is going to takes you quite some times (maybe months) and some money to test out the product before you could actually find the one that could really drop your weight..

But don't give up yet.. I will show you how to lose ten pounds in 2 weeks time..<h1> How to lose ten pounds in two weeks</h1>

I have been there, and I have gone through the trial and error process (for almost 7 months) before I finally found one which is natural and effective.. And now I really know what works and what don't.. If you don't have much time and money to lose, then you can just follow what I did to lose weight...

My weight loss goal :  140 lbs

Before lose weight : 216 lbs ( as of 23 April 2017 )
After 22 days : 181 lbs ( as of 14 May 2017)

Successful loss of: 35 lbs in 22 days


My weight loss journey.. <h2> How to lose ten pounds in a month</h2>


My journey begin when I was asked to be a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding. The wedding is 5th October 2016.

5 days after the wedding, my friend gave me a copy some of the photographs and videos that we took together during her wedding. I feel so shocked looking at those photos when I noticed that I am the fattest bridesmaid among the rest.

I knew I'm fat.. But what shocked me more is that "my size is almost double than the others bridesmaid". I looked just like a giant that doesn't belong to that group of bridesmaid!  I felt so down and I have to accept the facts.

<h2> How to lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks without exercise</h2> All these while, my bad eating habit have caused me to grow so much in weight and size. But what can I do? I love to eat.. and it has become a part of my hobby..

Right after that day, I have been looking around the internet looking for different kind of things people do to lose weight. Whenever people says good about a certain weight loss method or products, I will be very willing to give it a try,  as long it is not too expensive for me..

I am certain you should heard the old says, "body size doesn't really matter, what matter most is the inside which is a beautiful heart". So, how many of you actually believe in that saying.

Well… I don't. I was thinking both body size and a beautiful heart are both important. Here we are talking about body weight. Below I have stated a few points to support my views about "body weight does matter"

1) Improved relationship
People are always attracted to something which is in a better shape and nice looking things.. The same it goes when we are looking at other person. It's related to the first impression people have in you from the look of your appearance including your body shape, how you dressed up, your speech and etc.. Getting in a better shape will make also improve your relationship with your love ones

2) Confidence
Research shows that more than half of the overweight person normally feel less confidence with themselves. There will feel lonely or being isolated from the community.

3) Health
Being overweight is putting your health at a risk. Disease like diabetes, heart attack, stroke, kidney failure and etc.. are the disease that normally arises in a person who are overweight. So, based on this alone, we should start losing weight..

After spending quite some times researching online, I notice that I am NOT ALONE... There are a lot of people who are same like me, and they all wanted to lose weight...

During the last 7 months, I've tried numerous weight loss products to cut my weight, just to name a few; weight loss creams, pills, acupuncture, trying out few weight loss program, but none of it gave me a satisfied outcome. I even thought of trying surgery but I can't afford the expensive bill..

Some of this works but you have to gone through certain diet which can't be accepted by many, and some will require you to stick to some crazy workout which is hardly endure by most women.

Other than that, some of these product did not even work which is just a waste of time and money.

Besides all that, I have tested some weight loss pills. Weight loss pills work for me but many of the weight loss pills you can find online are not approved by FDA. They have included banned  ingredients which may cause you to have a heart attack.

Eating weight loss pills frequently will makes you addicted and depressed. And if you have stopped taking the pills, you will notice that you body weight will increase very fast even if you did not eat a lot. (Because of the danger and side effect of these pills, I do not recommend you to try).

During that time, I even thought of going for a surgery.. But the cost is too high which is not affordable by most people.

Finally, something that works with proven results !

With strong will power and effort.. I did not give up halfway after all the previous attempt and hard work which I have put in..

At that time, I was feeling down and so desperate trying to lose my weight when an old friend of mine who have moved to Seattle 2 years ago came to visit me. Her name is Steph. During her visit, she was surprise to see some of the exercise equipment at the corner of my living room. The reason she was surprise because she knew that I am a lazy girl who have no interest in exercise or any outdoor sports.

I told her my story..  And she mentioned that there is someone who can help me (which is her sister)! Steph told me about her sister success stories.. And she even made a call to her sister Stacy, so that she could talk to me on the line. Stacy mention to me that she managed to cut down about 14 pounds in just 2 weeks time.
